This Week's Complete Menu

Every Monday GlucoMenu displays new menus, recipes, grocery lists, and nutrition facts.  Choose from multiple calorie levels including:  1200, 1500, 1800, 2100, 2400.  Menus are easy to follow and include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

This week GlucoMenu is featuring the following recipes (see pictures to the right):  Denver Scramble Pita, Thai Noodle Salad, and Sweet Potato Enchiladas.

Recipes include pictures, descriptions, and preparation time.  Recipes are incorporated and balanced into the menus.

This week's grocery list includes everything needed for the current week's menu (making shopping simpler compared to trying to read all the food labels and decide what to buy yourself).

Menus adhere to American Diabetes Association guidelines for dietary fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium.  Carbohydrates are evenly distributed throughout the day.  Complete Nutrition Facts are included for every meal on the menu.
