Every Monday GlucoMenu® displays new menus, recipes, grocery lists, and nutrition facts. Choose
from multiple calorie levels: 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100, 2400. Menus are easy to follow and include breakfast,
lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Recipes include pictures, descriptions, and preparation time. Recipes are incorporated and balanced into the menus.
The grocery list includes everything needed for the current week's menu (making shopping simpler compared to

Menus adhere to American Diabetes Association guidelines for dietary fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. Carbohydrates are evenly distributed throughout
