GlucoMenu Diabetic Food Guide (2007 Edition)

GlucoMenu has compiled a list of food products useful in planning menus for those with diabetes. Foods on this list were chosen based on several criteria:

Nutrition - the nutrition information provided on the manufacturer labels which may benefit those with diabetes based on American Diabetes Association guidelines,

Usability - the products chosen offer similar flavor, texture, and cooking properties in comparison to like products, and

Availability - the products chosen are available at most local grocery stores.

GlucoMenu is not affiliated with these manufacturers. All foods in a meal plan should be consumed in moderation. Adhere to portion sizes on your meal plan. Consult your physician if you are not sure if a food is right for you.
