Q. I am confused about whether I should count calories or carbs.  Thanks for any help.

A. Counting carbohydrates is important for controlling blood sugar.  Counting calories can be helpful if you are trying to lose weight.

If you haven't already done so, ask your doctor to refer you to a registered dietitian to help you get started.

GlucoMenu® provides complete menus, recipes, grocery lists and nutrition facts.  There are 5 different calorie levels that can be changed at anytime.

The plan evenly distributes carbohydrate throughout the day.  It also include a beginners exercise program to aid with weight loss.
